Our range of camembert cheese are made with cow’s milk, fresh from our farm at Manutuke. We make our white moulded cheese in the traditional French style so they ripen naturally as the white mould grows and the curd softens from the outside in. This ensures the cheese develops a full rich taste and a melting creamy texture..
