Our range of Brie cheeses are made in the traditional French style with cow’s milk rich in cream. The buttery texture is balanced by the mushroom character of the white mould with a spicy hint of salt from the brining. The natural ripening process allows the full rich flavour to emerge and the creamy melting texture to fully develop.
